These terms apply to the use of this website and to vehicles advertised by Harnall Autos of 55 Harnall Lane West, Coventry CV1 4FB. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

We take considerable care to describe every vehicle accurately, including mileage, specification and, where applicable, previous damage and the repairs carried out. Photographs are of the actual vehicle unless clearly stated otherwise.

Where a vehicle is listed as Professionally Repaired, the nature of the damage and the repair work is disclosed on the vehicle page and full documentation is available on request before purchase.

Occasional errors can occur. Where an error is identified we will correct it promptly and, if it is material, you may withdraw from the sale without penalty.

All vehicles are offered subject to availability and may be sold at any time. Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Finance is not currently offered.

A vehicle may be reserved with a deposit, which holds the vehicle for an agreed period and is deducted from the final balance. Deposits are refundable where we are unable to supply the vehicle as described, or where you withdraw within any cooling-off period agreed in writing.

Part exchange valuations are provided in good faith based on the information you supply and are subject to physical inspection. A valuation may be revised where the vehicle's condition, mileage, service history or outstanding finance differs from the information provided.

Every vehicle is supplied with a 6 month warranty covering major mechanical and electrical components. Full warranty terms, including claim limits and exclusions such as wear and tear, serviceable items and consequential loss, are provided at handover and are available on request beforehand.

The warranty is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Prior to handover each vehicle receives a professional inspection, a road test, an HPI check, a vehicle history report and a professional valet. Any advisory items identified are disclosed to you before purchase.

Sourcing requests are accepted without obligation or upfront fee. Any sourced vehicle is presented to you with photographs, history and appraisal before you commit, and is supplied on the same preparation and warranty terms as our forecourt stock.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
